Austin Griffith is a two time World Champion NRHA rider and has many NRHA Derby wins in his resume.  He has won multiple Quarter Horse Congress Reining classes as well as the NRHA Tradition. Austin has also won the High-Point Rider award in the Inter- Scholastic Equestrian Association. He has been a part of 4 National Champion IEA teams. He attends Ohio State University where he is a member of their equestrian team. Austin has joined the professional ranks as an instructor and assistant trainer at Autumn Rose Farm

Ashley Griffith is a past NRHA World Champion rider.  She is listed as a top ten lifetime youth point earner.  Ashley started riding at age 2 and competing at age 6. She earned an equestrian scholarship at Auburn University where she won the Varsity Equestrian National Championship. She has also won several NRHA Derby's. Ashley has been riding and showing Hunt Seat since age 8. She has experience over fences and is the head coach of the IEA Hunt Seat Team. Ashley has joined the professional ranks as a full time instructor and assistant trainer at Autumn Rose Farm.

The Quality of Instruction is very important in learning any sport. With this in mind Autumn Rose Farm boasts the finest instructors in Central Ohio. Coaching many students to national rankings as current as 2011.

Meghan Ritchey, has ridden both Hunt Seat and Western for many years. At age 15 she began competing in the NRHA. In 2006 she was the NRHA 14 - 18 World Champion. She’s been a two time Reserve Congress Champion and has had numerous top 10 congress finishes as well as top 10 NRHA finishes. She is currently a Senior at Ohio State University. She won an IEA National Title and was on the winning Ohio State Equestrian at Nationals in 2008. Meghan will join the Autumn Rose family full time upon graduation. She is an assistant coach for our IEA team.
